Got a years worth for I think 5$? How can you beat that? Even if she never reads them, which she does, but having twelve for the cost of basically one in the store, is a steal.

Canceling an Unwanted Subscription from Hearst Magazine is incredibly difficult to do. Avoid them like the plague., June 6, 2018

Hearst Publications sneakily charged my credit card without my approval. It was incredibly difficult to Cancel since there was no “Cancel” button on the Order page. I had to spend 20 minutes researching how to go through hoops to attempt a cancellation (for which I am STILL not certain they will reverse the charge, and for which I couldn’t possibly provide you with a simple cogent procedure if you are caught in one of these situations.

Amazon makes purchasing so simple and easy to use. But it is the exact opposite when Hearst Magazine surreptitiously does a “renewal” without asking first if I want a renewal, a year after this was dealt with to cancel the original subscription. I blame both Amazon and Hearst for this condition.
