Hi everyone, Julie-Ann here and in my daily blog today I wanted to give you an update with some precautionary measures we have taken in response to the coronavirus.
We are going through an unusual time right now with the coronavirus. It is in my mind a lot and I wanted to update you.
We are based in Northern Ireland, and at the moment of typing this 20 people have been diagnosed but they are traced back to Northern Italy. So at this stage we do not know if there is community transfer happening or not.
It is important to me that we keep our team healthy, keep our customers happy, and keep your packs going out.
This is our plan to make sure that happens.
NEW YOU PLAN TEAM ARE WORKING FROM HOME
As the owner of the company, I decided that our support and admin team should start working from home. This is to make sure that if someone gets coronavirus they don’t spread it to the whole team, this keeps our team safe and keeps the company running.
This will not impact you at all, as everyone will be working on their laptops from their homes and answering your emails, live chats and supporting you on social media. So you will not notice any difference.
WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING PHONE CALLS BUT PREFER EMAILS IF POSSIBLE
We will only have one person answering the phone, so we would appreciate it if you can
